Video rules: what is and isn't allowed

I had a watersports video up for several days and it seems to have been removed. I assume that it violated some rules. I'm not whinging at all! The site admins will have good reason for their rules.

However, I would like to avoid violating them in future. Could someone please link me to the guidelines? I have tried to search, but I don't find them.
