Contact admin and ask them to change it .

If you mean this profile then update it to reflect a couple because at the moment there is nothing to suggest it is!

Also change your profile text in the 1st half you speak as a couple in the 2nd half you speak as a singleton

As this profile has been verified as a single male it is unlikely it will be changed.

You are better off starting a new couples profile, all you need is a different email.
