Photo verification new member

Hi, I have a lady friend wishing to join the site but her application seems stuck on the photo verification. Submitted the photo twice now last night and nothing has happened - it says verification should happens within the hour? No email, no rejection, just the process seems stuck. Is it just a case of waiting? Thanks

If she has entered a pic that meets the criteria then ask her to contact Admin herself from the contact button and they will look at it for her

Hiya, thanks for the response, but the contact button doesn't work if you're a new user. All that we see is a screen asking for photo verification?

In fact even as a site supporter I can't really see how to contact Admin as such - I can see how to contact the site owners, but I don't think that's Admin?

It does work, they still see the message whether you are registered or not, so if she logs out and sends a message they will see it
