LAck of Admin support/customer service!

I've been messaging Admin & the site owners for some time over a serious issue I have & yet no one is replying back to me.

Do the Admin even bother to try & resolve customer queries any more, or is it a case of if your face don't?

If someone from Admin is reading this, can you please get in touch via mail, it would be gratefully appreciated!

If you have a complaint about being sanctioned on the site and you don't hear anything back from them then you should assume they think the sanction was the right one

If they have made a mistake they will let you know

If you have a general enquiry you can post in the forum as the FAQ's ask.
