Getting banned for hour

How is it that I make a comment which is classed as directing but another user only gets a warning... Which mod makes that decision and is biased to some

It could be the timing of the warning, if a reminder went in about the rules then two minutes later you directed then the mod will assume you ignored their reminder and ban you

If you mean a mod reminded someone to not direct while banning you at the same time then it is best to ask Admin from the contact link to have a look for you
