Is nobody verifying new accounts at the moment?

My gf and I have tried to open up a couple's account... Twice now since Friday and it says we need to photo verify (which we've done both nude and face)... It says that it takes an hour but it's been days!!!

We followed all the rules but still nothing.

Any help would be appreciated

Did you hold a péice of paper up with your account name .....@FABSWINGERS in your verification picture

Cambridge/ London but often Herts/ East Anglia

I did photo verification on NYD and was turned around in a little under 24 hours.
