If you go on their profile, even though it says you’re blocked, you will still have the drop-down menu and the option to report them.

"On the desktop version you can click on the profile and you'll see the "You can't view this profile" message.

Go to the blue menu on the left of the page and you still have the "Report User" and "Block User" buttons.

On the mobile version you can click on the profile and you'll see the "You can't view this profile" message.

Top right of the page, you'll see the Menu button, click that and you still have the "Report User" and "Block User" buttons."

It's not fab it's an adult block from your mobile provider.

This will show you the actual error message from your mobile provider
