The block has just been removed and thanks for the notification of that however, that we are aware of, there was no breach of the rules. How do we find our breach to prevent a reoccurrence ? To receive a ban without reason isn’t correct.

It depends on the ban...most bans you would get a mail. If a ban needs reviewing you may not get one so you would need to ask Admin to look into it for you from the contact link
