Photo collectors?

There have been a number of times when, as soon as I've uploaded public photos, I've had random friends requests. I generally delete these.

I have also received messages from verified users, have chatted to them and exchanged friends invites only then to be blocked without explanation! Am I that ugly or are they all just stringing me along in order to look at/copy my private photos? Am I the only one this keeps happening to and is it a 'reportable offence'?

What's the issue with pic collectors? I know some people get upset and annoyed about it but we're pretty easy going, if people want to look let them look. I'd be interested to know why people think otherwise, perhaps I'm missing something?

Maybe they just didn't like your pics, we can't be attractive to everyone.

My issue is with being strung along in order to accept a friends as a pretext to meeting? I'm relaxed about every Thomas, Richard or Harriett looking at my public photos but not at the private ones reserved for 'friends' I've met and/or played with. Erotic photo swaps are not on my list of interest.

If there are people habitually doing this then perhaps they should be identfied...?

...Yes, that thought had already occurred to me...

That's a fair point. It is a bit cheeky to do that.

The thing is, you can either swop photos straight away to get wether we all fancy each other out of the way before chatting....or chat for a bit and then swop/ add as friends.

Either way you may well get people who don't find you attractive....and either way they may be accused of being pic collectors because they don't want to take it any further.

The other issue for me is, there are plenty of amatuer sites about that have peoples horny pics on that they have uploaded, so I don't think people need to be pic collectors on sites like this.

Perhaps I'm being a little sensitive but if, after reading my profile, exchanging a few messages and photos over time I'm abruptly blocked (after giving access to my private gallery!), I am left wondering why. A simple "..no thanks/we've changed our minds/we don't like your photos" would not go amiss.

Is it just another case of some people lacking basic manners or something a little more systematic where people trawl for photos?

Who realy knows to be honest, but some people might not like the thought of saying no thanks so block instead....I agree though, it would be more polite just to say so, we are all adults after all and I am sure we can take it.
