Photo verification issues

Merry Christmas all! In amongst all the festive admin today, my wife and I have been trying to set up a couples profile but are having real frustration with PV.

We have sent three different verification pics, each clearly showing us both side by side, with her holding a piece of paper with username and site name. They are not completely full length, but certainly neck to thigh. Her boobs are covered by the paper and only her hands are holding it - could either of these things be the problem?

If you are not showing your face it has to be a "Full Length Nude" picture is my understanding of it. So that may be the reason..

*Photograph yourselves holding the paper with hands showing. As a couple you must both be in the photo. Photo should show your face or full length nude.*

If the picture is showing the sex of both of you and you are holding paper that says the name of the site and username it should go though. If not ask Admin for help from the contact link

Don't you both have to be holding the paper?
