Why is it that I’ve paid for this service and still getting time out for messages this is ridiculous

Do you mean a pop up comes up saying you have used a banned word and you are blocked from messaging for two hours or that you have sent many mails today and you can't send any more?

Admin have never said exactly how many, but most people, even non SS will ever reach it
