Hi if you delete or block someone after they verify you do they still show on your profile asking for a friend

If you block the person who left you the verification, you remain verified however, you are no longer able to display the text of the verification.

If you unfriend someone there is no impact on the verification, as far as I am aware. (Guessing you mean unfriend by delete)
