Unable to access profile

Hello,

We have a couples account that I can’t access. It is still active but doesn’t seem to be linked to one of my two emails I have so I can not reset the password. The couples account is the one we pay for. We had to change the couple name on there not to long ago and have been having issues from then.

I know the profile name (new and old) but not the email it seems to be linked with. Could admin contact me and I can give more info?

Can’t you just log in using the profile name? I never log in with my email, just my username.
