Charged twice

Hi please can you help. Tried to renew my membership last night and would not go through. Did it again this morning and now I have got text twice with two pin numbers and two charges. What can I do?

Well suppose you should contact admin although you will be able to use both codes and get either 60 days gold or 120 days silver

Well that's if you want to of course

Have entered codes and pin was verified but it hasn't upgraded me. Still says I only have five days left x

Sent my text twice last night to upgrade still not had a reply, concerned about sending it a 3rd time incase i get billed 3 times i have emailed the site & still had no reply
