Messages received while profile hidden

I've had my profile hidden down for the past few weeks, and yet on one occasion when I quickly logged back in I received an unsolicited message from someone I've never looked at or spoken to before.

It even asked why my profile was hidden down

How is this even possible? Surely the whole point of hiding your profile is to be invisible and not show up to anyone else? Or am I missing something here?

hiding from cock pics.

If they found their way to your profile through a verification you left for someone else or a past message, they can still wink or message.

If you don't want any messages from people you haven't interacted with before, it is best to set your filters to block all profile categories.

If you are on someone's hot list you still show to that person, only they get "this profile is hidden" if they click on on you but the option to message is still there.
