Can a wink disappear?

Someone winked at me a couple of days ago, now it's gone,

I haven't deleted it, they haven't blocked me or left.

I'm a supporter, when I look at their profile it usually says "they winked at you"

Can they take it back?

If they delete your wink, it disappears IIRC

Which means, mass deleting winks angrily allows them
