Removed threads

I posted a thread today asking about someone i had not seen in the forums for a while and it has been removed can someone please explain why?? it was not rude or nasty but out of concern for someone

The person you are starting threads about might not want one started or they may be banned from the forums and people are trying to stir the pot.

The best thing to do if you are concerned about someone is mail them and if you can't do that because you are blocked, then you are breaking forum rules.
