Can’t become a site supporter

Hi, asked a couple of times now but no help and unable to contact site moderators.

When I text SWING to 79100 the text message isn’t getting delivered, same issue when I try to call to upgrade. Anyone else experiencing these issues or know what might be the problem?

Any idea what it might be tho? I can make calls and text to anyone else just not fab

Because its classed as a premium rate number as it comes with a £5 cost. You must have a spending cap applied
