How can you report a fake profile who is pretending to be another person after stealing their Instagram photos.

The user has blocked me so I can use the normal 'report user' button

Do you know the profile name?

If so copy and paste the url of your own profile then remove your name and replace with theirs. You can report it then from the drop down menu
