I’m concerned someone else is logging into my fab - my ex used to have my password and it would say “update location” when I logged in as they were obviously also logged into my account from a different location. I’ve changed my password a few times now but it keeps happening - I’m concerned someone is logging into my account? Is this easy to hack into? All help welcome please!

Weirdsville South Coast Dorset

All that's required is username or email and a password.

Try changing password to something very different to anything you would normally use and maybe change your email password

" Is this easy to hack into? "

Only if people guess your password or you tell them it

Make it a real random password with a mixture of numbers, capitals etc

Manchester(ish).

I've just thought of something, does your browser keep your passwords? If you have a microsoft or google account (or similar) and use their browser. And your ex has access to this, he may well be logged into this and be getting access to all your passwords. Check this out and see if this could be the issue, it would explain multiple uses of this account when you've changed your password.

Then use a strong password, individual to each site. 3 random words in a sequence with special characters make good passwords.

Hope this helps and let me know if you need me to explain this better.

Some devices do save passwords phones are worse and the mobile site enables this. A password change would be the best thing to do for a start.
