Impossible to report profiles

It's impossible to report profiles. Tried it over and over again, logged in and out, cleared cache, tried a different browser, tried different devices. All the same. I just get:

"Captcha incorrect, press back refresh page and try again".

I think that happens if the profile has already been reported.

Does refreshing the page work? You sometimes have to do it more than once to get a captcha that works.

I think that happens if the profile has already been reported. "

Refresh the page until you get a new Captcha or log out and try again. Both work in my experience.

Captchas are not case sensitive so don’t worry about that just put then correct letters

there has been occasions where a few of us have had to report a profile for upsetting content and have all been able to report it

Not sure if it relates to all reporting, but certainly under the Covid reporting the site blocks you from seeing the profile you report. So can only report once as can't access a second time such as a week later. Does put you off trying to do the right thing, given the situation we face.

You can still report a profile when blocked, but to be fair just the once is fine unless they are still doing it which unless you have a second profile won't know
