Problem uploading video

Anyone else having trouble uploading videos, keeps saying the site cannot be reached, check Internet connection. I am connected so don't know why it says that even trued using 4G, cut the video size down to 40 seconds but still won't load.

yea ive noticed that it passes the first stage of upload then takes 2 hours to to be accepted then shows up 2 hours back on timeline wall so its mist as new content loaded
