Why can’t I contact new people?

Been a member for a long time but the last couple of days I’m finding I can’t contact “new members” it keeps coming up “cannot contact” they are either blocked by admin, left site or blocked you!!

None of them seem applicable; anyone know the reason?

They have either blocked you themselves or the most likely cause is they were spammers and have been disabled by Admin
