Hiding profile

My partner and I want to take a break from the site. We've hidden our couples profile, which was no problem. When trying to do the same on our singles profiles though, it says on the privacy page that we are hidden but the profiles are both still visible.

We're both premium members. Is there a minimum time you have to be on the site for to use the hide profile feature or are we doing something else wrong?
