How can I report someone for using my pics if they’ve blocked me

If you know their profile name paste the URL from your profile into your browser bar but replace your user name with theirs

Copy the above and paste it into your browser bar, then delete our name and put theirs. Their profile should show and there will be a menu that allows you to report.

It should still show. On the mobile site there's a drop down menu on the right that will allow you to block on the desk top site it's on the left

You can still report them click into their profile when it comes up blocked click the drop down
