User name search

Chatting to a couple outside of this site they gave me there profile name but when i search it ,it comes up blank apparently so doe mine when they search for me.

Any ideas

Checked my preferences etc they are all relevant to this couple

If you are sure you have the correct spelling, some people will say their profile name is xxx couple but it is written xxxcpl for example,then type this in the address bar

and add their name after the /

Can you check back with the couple for the correct spelling of their profile name on here?

Although it does sound as if there's a block in place.

Checked definitely right I have been having a problem in searching Named profiles for awhile check all my settings anfd there all OK I I know not blocked or filtered at their end

Well, it let me search for your profile name and found it.

Can you point them in the direction of this thread and see if they can contact you that way?
