clear drop down box

can any one tell us how we can clear all the things we have wrote as headings when wish to meet on differant dates that stay in the drop down box.

we would be most grate full for any help.

Clear out your temporary internet files, cookies, etc and the list will then be cleared the next time you refresh the page
