Trying to access original account

I have forgotten the password to my original account (Gollom) If I use "forgot password" it does not send a reset to the email address originally set up with (which is not used much now) Can anybody advise please?

Many thanks for the quick reply. I have sent a couple of messages, but no reply. Maybe I am using an incorrect route? What is the best way to contact Admin please?

You won't get told what the password for your old account is.

You need to do the reset password option.

On your email. Make sure you check your Spam/Junk folder.

Is there a problem with photo verification which I submitted yesterday early evening? Admin asked me to verify so my original account (Gollom) could be sorted, but not heard back as yet

Are both of you in the pic, holding a sign with this profiles name and Fabswingers written on it?

Yes, both in it with sign saying GollomLost and the date

Saying that, not sure if it said Fabswingers also
