Messages have disappeared

our messages seem to have disappeared. We hadn't got around to reading them and neither if us have deleted it.

Anyway to stop this or get them back?

Hi there is a save button.

Also you only get so many messages a day if you are new.

I save messages. Delete after read them or keep n save.

Is that 7 days unread with no responses?

If so, it probably accounts for our disappearing messages.

I purposely left an unread message, it stayed for 7 days then was gone day 8. The account etc was still there

All of ours disappeared a few days ago. The whole inbox. Read and unread ones.

I never knew they deleted after a week....is that new as it’s never happened to us before
