Can’t connect due to server issues

My phone won’t load the site if it’s not on WiFi. It’s says the server can’t connect. Apparently the server security is out of date for the site?

This isn’t the only site I’m having trouble with but Vodafone says it’s nothing to do with my account and it’s not an age issue.

Any suggestions?

Just checking you’ve seen a the site message?

There was another thread where somebody had this exact issue and it was because of that.

Either you need to update your phone/tablet/laptop/other or it is a vodafone thing

I’m hoping it will do an update when I get home

I’ve already sorted the age thingy from Vodafone Last week and went into the shop this morning to tell them I was having issues. Had to confess it was this site as well

They told me to reset my phone which has caused no end of grief and still didn’t work so shall see if it’s apples way of forcing a software update on me.

I will go look for the other thread though

Reset your phone, that was most likely pointless.

It’s not an Apple issue, what browser are you using?

So I tried chrome and that brought up the age restriction from Vodafone but I spoke to them this morning and they said there wasn’t one

If it works fine on WiFi it’s not a device issue.

Clearing your browser cache fully might help but the resetting your device should have fixed it.

If that doesn’t resolve your issue, reproduce the error on a non embarrassing site and have Vodafone supper talk you through solving the issue.

Wiping your phone is not the solution, if they suggest that ask them to escalate your issue to the next level

It’s not strange at all your provider is blocking access to adult sites however it cannot show you the block reason as Fab is a secure web page

If you got to http://m.fabswingers.com/nossl

You will see that your phone provider is blocking you

Once you get them to turn off the filters it will work.

Same problem with Vodafone, Fab or porn hub won’t load if not on wi fi , but can access betting sites
