Can't upload video

Hi guys having a problem uploading videos from pc at the Min. After I choose the video to upload it says uploading. This may take a minute or so. .then it cuts to site cannot be reached. I'm on virgin BB and have very fast upload and downloads but can't post to this for some reason.
