Can't post video's need to be Verified

I have just tried to post a video & have been told i need to be Verified, I was wondering if anyone could help me out by verifying me sometime??

It doesn't work like that, you have to have either met or been on webcam with someone for them to verify you. Haven,t you met the female whose tits are on your profile picture?
