Address bar on laptop

On my phone I've noticed a setting so the photos don't show. Does anyone know if there is something similar on a laptop. I'd rather the web address not be visible in the address bar at the top. Is this possible at all?

I dont think you will be able to hide the address itself but you can enter full screen mode on the browsers which hides the address bar etc until you hover over that area.
