I have a company phone that I cannot remove certain blocks from.

However, Opera used to be able to get around this problem if I wanted to view Fab while I was out and about, This no longer works, any (sensible) suggestions gratefully received

Simple but effective get a personal phone lol.

Have you tried using VPN sites. Aslong as your company haven't blocked them aswell that should work.

I'm not all that tech savvy, tbh I'm not entirely sure what a VPN site is, could you recommend one?

Firefox. Then install one on the hundreds of VPN filters from add-ons.
