Cam Verification

Hi guys, we went online to the chat to ask to be verified on cam, 3 separate users said that they verified us but we have had no notifications, our profile doesn't show the verified badge and when we look into manage verifications tab it says that it's only for verified users.

Can anyone please provide some advice?

The people who try to verify you have to be within your filters. If they're not - verifications won't go through. For example you have single men filtered out so their verifications won't go through.

So if we change the filter now will it come through or it will we need to get another verification?

Change and see, if not ask them to re do it

Ok so we have changed the filter and asked for another verification - yet it STILL hasn’t worked ... help!

Just to add: if you have the age filter on - they'll have to be within the age you're looking for as well.
