Hi I have a singles profile and set it up last night but it won't let me log back in or send email reset can anyone help

I have emailed site support and nothing. I paid my premium package as well so its annoying

They emailed asking us to photo verify which we already are but we can't get hold of them again

Did they mean photo veri the new account your setting up, not the account already set up?

Admin say you contacted them four hours ago and that they have sent a mail explaining what to do next.

If your other profile that you need the password for has not been logged in for 12 hours then get back in touch with them through the same contact button. If not wait for the 12 hours and they will sort it for you.
