Cancelling silver supporter status

Hi, I recently became a site supporter in order to view a video. However I'd now like to cancel this as it is only making it even easier to spend more time on the site (which I don't really need). I understand if it is not possible to be refunded my payment, but would it still be possible to cancel my site support status?
