Is it okay for my husband to verify my single account from our couples account (which has been verified by another user), if we make it clear in the verification that he's my husband? I don't want to break rules or have it considered a "fake" veri!

It would be a fake veri as you'd be verifying yourselves. It has to be from someone else.
