Discussing a user, not reporting them

I’ve checked the site help, looked at the contact section etc before posting. It suggests reporting the user, and they are already blocked, as suggested, but it’s more an issue of me asking for advice about the site guidelines rather than reporting them. Is there a verified admin/mod I can speak to please?

If you report the profile and note your concerns in the details box admin will see it.
