Why has our account been made a single account? We are verified as a couple by meeting people?

Contact admin (contact link at the bottom of the home page) and ask to review/change it back.

Maybe try doing the photo verify with you both holding the paper with your fab name written on it.

At the present moment admin I assume are quite busy. So maybe the photo veri could be quicker.

Admin say you reported yourself as now being single so it was changed as asked. If you want it changed back let Admin know this change of mind from the contact button
