re: cannot post into forums

Hello I am writing on behalf of a friend who cannot for the past week post into any forums. Has anybody else had this issue. I haven't as I can post ok.

She has asked admin and so far hasn't got a reply. Anyone offer any advice or help please.

If she has asked admin and had no response it usually means they uphold the original decision.
