Removing verification from deleted profile

Is it possible to remove a verification from a user that has left the site and removed their profile?

I know you can normally by blocking the user.

if they have deleted profile then all on it will be deleted i think, if its hidden that is different

My Own Little World

Once you delete your profile all information on it goes as well. All your pics, veris, messages etc. are gone.

Is it possible to remove a verification you have given someone? Or if you block them will the verification delete?
