new single profile problems

Hi folks hope someone can help me.

I have a joint profile and now wish to put up a single profile. Filled out all the forms and I reach the stage of waiting for approval. I am still waiting 72 hours later!!!! have made contact with admin twice and they haven't got back to me.What am I doing wrong????

is the registered email account the same for both profiles?
