Trying to upgrade via text,message is not sending, I have a signal,and no blocks on phone,always use this phone to upgrade, never gad problem before.

Admin still think it is probably an age block. I did have this problem a while back where EE kept blocking me from using adult sites and I had to keep calling them to lift it...so could you check again that it isn't a block ?

If you find it isn't can you send your number to Admin from the contact button and they can get in touch with their text people.
