Hi,

We’ve been trying to verify our ‘couples’ profile.

We’ve stuck to the rules, done everything that’s required but we still don’t have full site access at the moment. The page just keeps saying refresh and see.

We’ve even uploaded a different picture of us both together incase that was the issue.

Admin please help us bring ‘Harleys Star’ to life ready for when the lockdown is lifted.

You mean photo verify the new profile?

Is it clear your hands are holding the paper? That's usually what causes the image to fail.

Sorry, yes, photo verification.

All four hands were holding the page with our name on, we’re stood next to eachother. Faces on display. Our arms are fully displayed holding the page as well. We just can’t figure out what’s missing.

It won’t let us do anything. It goes straight to the verification page and nothing else unfortunately.

Two days the first time. So we resubmitted another photo to make sure it was correct.

This time it’s only been three hours but says it’ll be done within an hour.

Just don’t want to have to keep doing it if it can be sorted.

We don’t even know if they’ve been rejected as we can’t advance past the screen it send us to when we log on.

Do you need to verify couples accounts now?

Me and my new partner have set up a couples profile but it takes us to the verification page.

It however says the verification photo will be checked with our uploaded images - however we cannot add pics as it has not given us access to the page to do this.

Does anyone know if they have suspended new users due to COVID19, if so should they no disable the function for setting up new profiles?

Can anyone help with?

If it is asking you to photo verify then as soon as it is approved your profile will become active

Any further problems ask Admin for help from the contact button
