Near Wellingborough

I paid to be a silver site supporter but I only get to watch 10 seconds of videos before the screen goes all green. I can still hear what's going on I just can't see it. Any advice on how to fix this?

What device are you viewing on? Doesnt appear to be a site issue as mine doesnt do this.
