Renewing is optional.

If you don't need the functions of being a site supporter, then don't renew.

I would imagine the messages regarding renewal of membership are created automatically but either way at the end of the day nobody HAS to renew its personal choice.

Personally I think Admin have taken some well thought out decisions given the current situation, including their stance on people still seeking to meet, and I shall continue to renew

The messages sent about renewal are automatic, if you don't want to renew then you can use the site the same as when you joined, for free

We've not only just renewed our membership, but also upgraded to gold to be able to dock more cameras in chat. We find Fab is a lovely escape from everything that's going on, and as we don't really have any other 'entertainment' outgoings at the moment, we really don't have a problem with paying for the equivalent of a large glass of wine at the bar once a month or so!
