Replied messages but not by account holder

Has anyone had this problem the Mrs has a account on here and finding some of her messages has been opened and says they've been replied to but not by her! the message has not appeared on the other person's mail?

Yup, quite often our messages say replied next to them, but it's neither of us & there's nothing in sent list. It tends to be if the person has sent a 2nd (or more) message - so it's as if they're replying almost

If someone begins to reply or even clicks into the reply box, that can sometimes show up as 'replied' but if you close or back out of th message screen, then obviously no message or response is sent. (And with no message sent, it won't appear in your sentbox)

off line when it happens and strange how the message says replied but the other person didn't get the reply
