Can't see people's cams in chat rooms

Hi everyone, hope someone can help me with my problem. When I enter the chatrooms & I click on someone's cam icon, I can't see anything. I have the latest flash player, deleted temporary files and rebooted the pc but I still can't see any action!! Anybody have a clue what's up?? Thanks in advance.

I have the same problem it works tho in the old chatroom just not in the new 1 its sooo annoying

Are you using a 64 bit version of internet explorer? I don't think 64 bit add ins work for the cam system. Try a 32 bit version of the browser.

couple of other threads have suggested trying an earlier version of adobe,so just scroll them and it will be there somewhere

Just to update I managed to sort it out. You were right the problem is with the flash media player. I installed an older version and I can now see people's cams! Thanks for your help.
