I’ve heard the PS5 Pro might not even be worth it compared to the Xbox Series X. What’s the verdict? Which console wins, and why?

I’m finally getting back into gaming after years, last time I played anything serious was probably at an arcade after a few drinks.

What’s your pick, and what are the must-play games for a total beginner in this generation? I’m open to anything! Help me make the right choice.

I'm in a similar boat, have a Switch but decided to get a more powerful console for my son (and me too)

I've opted for the Xbox Series X. I'm sure the ps5 Pro makes the game much better than the xbox but then you'll prob need a top of the range TV to see the difference.

Both Xbox and PlayStation have their respective gamer passes so there's games to play on them if you take up the subscription.

With Xbox the gamerpass is probably better and it has the extra bonus of working on your PC too. PlayStation has big exclusives like God of War, Spider-Man and Last of Us.
